This website is operated by Squish Vibe. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Squish Vibe.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Many squishies, sensory toys, mystery items, and assorted products may vary in color, shape, texture, glitter placement, design, or packaging. These normal variations are not necessarily considered defects.
Mystery, blind-packaged, and assorted products may contain a randomly selected color, character, or style unless the product listing specifically allows the customer to select an option.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, availability, and purchase limits at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product.
Products must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings, and recommended age guidelines. Children should be appropriately supervised. Products should not be placed in the mouth or ingested unless the manufacturer expressly states that they are designed for that purpose.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, or unauthorized resale.
An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and we confirm the order.
Please review your order, shipping address, product choices, and quantities carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a cancellation or correction, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Return requests must comply with our Return and Refund Policy.
Opened or used squishies and sensory products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Mystery items, blind-packaged products, clearance merchandise, final-sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are nonreturnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of this website, including the Squish Vibe name and logo, website design, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other original content, is owned by Squish Vibe or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Product names, logos, trademarks, photographs, and other materials belonging to manufacturers, suppliers, Shopify, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or exploit website content without permission from the applicable owner.
